I've seen this movie clip a couple of times now, and it is really amazing work. Honestly!

This was delightfully old-school and awesome.

...and it works excellently as a soundcheck. The music track in this is a grinding, gritty hard techno thing - the bass at around 03:53 will have you think your speakers were blown if you didn't know better. Keep your volume LOUD and your ears will thank you :)

This demo is really awesome!! Nice design, very original, undoubtedly one of the best demos recently!
Posted on 2009-01-27 17:44 By pow

It's not techno music, but some kind of psychadelic/psytrance. It fits perfectly with the video

First half of the video was pretty boring. The the middle it gets good and then the last half is also boring. That said, every part of this video requires a ginormous amount of skill and effort. whoever made this can easily get a job at Pixar, or any major TV Networks to make their corporate identity videos.Good job. The content of the video is pointless and retarded, but it does a great job of showing the creator's skill.

SpidieMan: you know it's not a video though, right?

does anybody know what those hollowed out cubes are called? I know they're the result of a recurring structured hollowing process on a cube, but it has a name...anyone?
Posted on 2009-10-28 12:29 By arch

I think the name of thos cubes might be called Sierpinski or something like that.Remeber I made a program on my calculator to display a Sierpinski triangle.

Thanks for the comments about the music, and the style is indeed "breaks", but with a "nu" and, of course, "demoscene" touch. :) I was aiming for some good old Amiga-style, blended with the newer and harder types of breakbeat. It's downloadable from http://www.scene.org/~gloom btw.
Posted on 2010-01-06 11:19 By gloom

To the guy who said the music is psy trance: do some research into the genre because you clearly know fuck all about psy trance. This is nu-skool breaks.

I like the time spent on my representation in virtual statue, but not more on the wish of making *joke* about my cancer of nerves.I'm working on my DemoTool/Modeler Dead Deer 2.0, it looks fine to make a such production, even for beginners to make their own Gazing of Stars...I've projected to publish it on pouet or breakpoint.

Lack of time maybe.

Very nice :)

One of the best ever, for sure.

Music, art and code as produced just fit perfectly.

Thanks for your work !

the "cloud tunnel" scene is just intense. whoa! fantastic stuff. ;o)

The transparent worm in the initial scene reminds me of .and's demo "zoom 3"
